Founders

Moonjar is led by co-founders Rajdeep Endow and Shilpa Bhardwaj Endow, who bring over 50 years of combined experience scaling platforms, leading organizational transformation, and applying behavioral insight to complex systems.

Rajdeep Endow, Co-founder

Rajdeep Endow

Co-founder

Rajdeep spent 25+ years building and transforming digital businesses across global markets—from co-founding a Warburg Pincus-backed startup to 17 years at Publicis Sapient, where he led the global delivery organization (8,000+ people) and served as Managing Director for Asia Pacific ($125M P&L), to being a private equity advisor.

Throughout his career, he's solved the problem of fragmented information repeatedly for enterprises—unifying systems, modernizing capabilities, and building infrastructure that scaled.

Now he's applying that same structural thinking at Moonjar to how Indian families manage health information—a problem with much higher stakes.

He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Our Founding Principles

1. Trust over tactics
We make decisions that favor clarity, honesty, and restraint over short-term engagement.

2. Always act in the family’s best interest
We design and operate with the family as the primary beneficiary — never optimizing for advertisers, institutions, or transactions.

3. Privacy by design
We collect only what’s essential, store it securely, and give families control of their own data.

4. India-first, real-world care
We design for how Indian families actually live, decide, and care — respecting cultural realities over imported templates.

Opportunities

We are always looking to connect with people who share our vision, and have specific experience in shaping healthcare technology in India.
