Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This policy explains how Moonjar Technologies Private Limited ("Moonjar", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, moonjar.tech.

This policy covers this website only. The Maatra mobile application is governed by a separate privacy policy available at maatra.health, which also lists the contact details of our Grievance Officer for matters relating to the app.

1What we collect

This website does not require an account and does not collect health information.

We collect personal data in two situations.

When you contact us. If you write to us or submit an enquiry form, we collect the information you provide, which is typically your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message.

Automatically, when you visit. Our servers and analytics tools record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring source. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

2Why we use it

We process this data to respond to your enquiry, to operate and secure the website, to understand how the site is used and improve it, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not use website data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

3Legal basis and consent

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@moonjar.tech. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function, and may use analytics cookies to measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

5Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the website, such as hosting, email and analytics providers, and only to the extent needed to deliver those services under confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose data where required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, our services or the public.

6Storage, retention and security

Website data is protected using encryption in transit and at rest, together with administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Access is limited to authorised personnel under internal policy.

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any related relationship, and technical logs for a limited period consistent with security and legal requirements.

7Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct or update it, erase it, or address a grievance about how we have handled it. You may also nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

To make a request, write to info@moonjar.tech. We will respond within the timelines required by law.

8Children

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of any individual under the age of 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. If we learn that we hold such data, we will delete it.

9Changes

We may update this policy. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date, and material changes will be indicated on this page.
