Rajdeep has spent more than 25 years building and scaling technology businesses, teams and platforms. He led an organisation of over 8,000 people and a $125M P&L at Sapient, has worked as a private equity advisor, and has helped build businesses across healthcare, financial services and consumer sectors.
At Moonjar he leads company strategy, product direction and business development.
His interest in this problem began with an observation. When health becomes complicated, responsibility for holding it together moves from the healthcare system to the family, and nothing is handed over.

Shilpa Bhardwaj Endow
Co-founder
Shilpa brings more than 18 years of experience in organisational transformation, leadership and behavioural change. At Sapient she worked on transformation programmes involving more than 5,000 people. Her work has centred on how people adopt new behaviours and operate inside complex systems.
At Moonjar she leads the human side of a problem that is usually treated as one of technology and information alone.
Her own experience of caring for family shaped Maatra's focus on reducing the mental and emotional load carried by whoever is coordinating care.

Dax Abraham
Chief Technology Officer
Dax is a technology leader with more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, telecom and enterprise software. He was previously Chief Technology Officer at Recoup Health, a healthcare AI company, and at Ordway, an enterprise billing automation platform. He holds a US patent in application intermediation.
At Moonjar he leads technology architecture and the systems behind Maatra, including document processing, AI-enabled health information workflows, data architecture and platform reliability.

Prasanna Venkatesh

Prasanna is a full-stack engineering leader who has built and scaled teams across health technology, billing automation and enterprise software. He held engineering leadership roles at Recoup Health and Ordway, working on platform modernisation, reliability and large-scale product delivery.
At Moonjar he leads engineering execution across the Maatra platform.

Advisor
Dr Charu Khurana
Medical Advisor · Senior Consultant, Centre for Sight, Delhi
An award-winning cataract and glaucoma specialist, Dr. Khurana advises on patient communication, care workflows, and clinical documentation standards — ensuring the platform reflects real-world healthcare practice.
Dr Khurana guides the clinical side of Maatra, including reference ranges, thresholds for what the product flags, and the boundaries of what a health application should and should not say to a family. Her role is to keep clinical judgement in clinical hands as the product grows.

Moonjar sits across several hard problems at once: making messy health information usable, building trustworthy AI on sensitive data, designing for family workflows rather than individual ones, and creating something people can adopt during difficult health situations.
We have deliberately assembled people who have worked on large technology systems and on the human systems around them. Both are required here.
